Qualifications
  • 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in serving high-value clients
  • Impeccable oral and written communication skills are an absolute must
  • Able to work in an ambiguous, internet-speed environment.
  • Update the company database by inputting information from each call and keeping every customer field current. Also updating the customer orders in the company database.

Digital Strategist

RESPONSIBILITIES

E-commerce site Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as subject matter expert on merchandising and performance and advocate for customer
